Our Story
Beating Cancer

Cancer has greatly impacted our family. Our dad was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2016 and 2019. Our mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 which, unfortunately, required a double mastectomy and reconstruction. After her mastectomy, she could no longer use certain bras like ones with underwires. Our mom had new bras that she had bought prior to her diagnosis/surgery. She had a dilemma as these new bras were emotionally difficult for her to just give away since they were a reminder of her old self. Now that we are about to start this project, our mom knows that her bra donations will have a meaningful impact. They will be an education platform to, hopefully, spare women from what our mom went through.
